Les Perles Noirs – Malbec
The wine is medium purple, the aroma are of floral, violet, blackcurrant. And the wine is fruity, red fruit flavors, with simple tannin, a long finish.
Grape varieties: 100% Malbec, It’s very rare in the Bordeaux region.
Traditional winemaking method in temperature controlled stainless steel vessels. During the ageing, the wine in vats are monitored on micro-oxygenation and tasted daily.
This wine has a Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification.
Les Perles Noirs – Petit Verdot
The wine is deep ruby. The aromas are of black fruit, jam and spice. On the palate, the wine is voluminous, with fleshy rich tannins, the finish is long, fresh and silky.
Grape varieties: 100% Petit Verdot, It’s very rare in the Bordeaux region.

Sans Soufre
The word “Sans soufre” means “without sulfur”. During the winemaking, we did not add any sulfur in the wine.
